This document is meant to inform all interested parties of SOMRDPE’s 5-year Framework Action Plan and provide guidance to ASEAN Member States (AMS), ASEAN Sectoral Bodies, dialogue partners, private sector, and civil society organisations regarding the planning, monitoring and evaluation of interventions/projects in SOMRDPE’s 5-year Framework Action Plan contributing to the overall goal of improving the economic and social living conditions of poor people in rural areas and assist poorest groups among the people living in rural areas to benefit from development.
